35wks pregnant with flu symptoms and bad pain under ribs.can anyone relate?

Hi.well as the title says i'm 35wks pregnant,with third baby.woke up this morning with aches&pains and a temperature.fair enough-sounds like flu.however during the past couple hours i've developed a bad pain under my ribs,right at the top of my uterus.pain so bad i've been in tears and unable to get comfortable.doesn't feel like contractions although the pains do come and go-there for about 5mins
