Chuckles is a Red Fox (w/ Special Needs) and is a permanent resident at Treehouse Wildlife Center in Brighton, IL. What if something is seriously wrong with him and he's NOT giggling but freaking out in distress? No one else thinks its cruel keeping a fox in such a tiny caged area? He needs bigger living quarters and maybe a girlfriend.
Supposedly, Chuckles has a neurological problem and arrived at the shelter that way, which is why he flops around a bit like that and "giggles".
