The one with the cord coming out the wall is TERRIBLE idea. Wraping a braided cord like that in the wall would make it heat up a ton and probably light your house on fire. I've seen some of these (the chip bag converter, stir spoon, cord wrapper, and wooden spoon holder and the corn peeler) in stores before. Can't comment on all of them being real though. The extension cord inside the wall and inflatable car jack seem like things which might not exist outside of very specific venues.
