The infinite cost of not investing in mental health

In the past 25 years, mental health care in Spain has experienced an unprecedented improvement. Since those grim psychiatric hospitals to health units, day centers or existing rehabilitation programs, there has been a real paradigm shift that goes from the intention of isolating the patient in order to include the person. There are still gaps, intolerable and almost total neglect of some groups.
