The City of Brotherly Love earned bragging rights for the mid-Atlantic on Sunday night as Team Philly beat Baltimore native Carmelo Anthony's All-Stars 131-122 in a charity exhibition at the Palestra on the University of Pennsylvania's campus. It was the first big game among locked-out players since the NBA canceled training camps and some preseason games.
