A young man the locals call "Rubber legs" is begging on the streets of Shenyang, China to get money for treatment of his bizarre medical condition. I wonder what it is? Elephantiasis? Poor guy, I really feel for him... I really hope someone steps up to help this young man. It's a shame how people just stand and share and reach from afar to give him money, scared to not get too close.
